What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies (minimum)
- Registered Architect
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience post-graduation
- Experience providing the entire scope of architectural services on large projects, from planning through construction administration
- Experience collaborating with other team members and clients throughout the life of a project
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD
- REVIT PROFICIENCY A PLUS
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States immediately
- Must be willing and able to work full-time on site in Middletown, RI or Brandon, FL (this is not a remote position)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring our team to serve our clients
- Design/drafting projects as it concerns all phases of design
- Conducting code reviews
- Preparing and submitting documentation for town permitting (Zoning, HDC, CRMC, DEM, etc.)
- Creating 3D renderings and presentation boards
- Coordinating and communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Supporting Construction Administration for projects
