Andrew earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University in 2003, where he developed an early appreciation for how buildings take shape—from concept to detail to construction. Before launching his architectural career, he gained valuable hands-on experience working in the construction trades, including roofing, concrete demolition, carpentry, and plumbing, providing a strong practical foundation for his design work.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning architecture, interior design, construction project management, and design-build leadership, Andrew brings a thoughtful, construction-minded perspective to every project. He joined Cordtsen Design Architecture in 2026 and is energized by the challenges that arise during construction, where he enjoys finding creative solutions that help carry projects successfully across the finish line.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys mountain biking, fishing, hiking, camping, and exploring the coastline of Narragansett Bay. He especially values spending time outdoors with his son and hopes to one day travel across the United States visiting as many National Parks as possible. A lifelong builder at heart, his favorite childhood pastime was constructing with LEGO—a passion that still reflects his love of seeing things come together.
