This beautiful estate overlooking Narragansett Bay was the long-awaited dream of a couple entering the next exciting season of their lives together. They consulted with and hired Cordtsen Design Architecture to design their custom home, which sits on a hill with a stunning coastal view.

They’d been planning for a while, using Pinterest to create a vision board of their wish list for every room.

He wanted a two-story show garage for his automobile collection, with a working garage on the lower level. She wanted a professional gym for athletic training and bodybuilding, something they enjoy together. They both wanted intimate spaces to enjoy more time together, enjoying one another’s company alone or entertaining friends and family.
