“Live at CDA!” is an exciting podcast featuring successful business leaders, entrepreneurs, and athletes sharing the highs and lows of their professional journeys and passing along what they’ve learned on the road to success.
One of the blessings of designing or renovating a restaurant is the relationships we build with our clients over the life of their project. Most of our clients end up as lifelong friends, and we design their family homes as well.
One of those special people is Ralph Plumb III, who grew up in the restaurant business as the son of Ralph Plumb II, owner of Brick Alley Pub in Newport, RI. Ralph III grew up to run the Brick Alley and also struck out on his own with Plumby’s. We also designed Ralph III’s beautiful home, where he is raising his family. That beautiful home was featured in Newport Life Magazine, and you can see it here on our website.
In this episode, listen in as Spencer McCombe sits down with Ralph to talk about his fascinating life. A record-breaking athlete, he turned what he learned on the football field into a successful career as an entrepreneur, investor, and legacy-carrying restaurateur.
